We're looking for a Senior / Project Manager to join a leading construction organisation in Hertfordshire.

What will you be responsible for?

As the Project Manager you'll be working within the Operations Team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across the region.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Plan the entire project to meet contractual and industry standards
  • Organise the resources to deliver the project on time and defect free
  • Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns
  • Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns
  • Monitor the health and safety on site
  • Looking after multiple projects at any given time
  • Exceeding client expectations

Candidate requirements:

  • You will have a track record of delivering projects up to £40m
  • You will have the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • You will be able to prove experience as the Project manager with a regional / national contractor
  • You will have strong leadership and project management skills
  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • You will have a deep understanding of construction processes
