POSITION: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

SALARY: £28,000 OTE £42K

LOCATION: Hertfordshire (exact location can be discussed with the agent)

HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am - 6 pm Monday to Friday

Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm

JOB OUTLINE:

Reporting to the Directors. Providing a high level of customer service at all times and building relationships with landlords and prospective tenants. The handling of general enquiries and ensuring the accuracy in the completion of all Company and client documentation will also come under your remit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

With the assistance of the branch manager, you will be expected to arrange your day to undertake tasks that will help you meet your target requirements.
You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to hit your targets.
Responding to Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries
Responding to calls and emails in the office, building your own client list of tenants,
Finding new landlord opportunities, which may involve knocking on doors to retrieve owners’ details and build up a relationship with them
Undertaking viewings
Finding upsell opportunities to introduce financial and legal services.
You, under the guidance of your team, will be responsible for hitting your targets,
Able to think outside the box to ensure that your target is met and contributing to the offices’ goals and objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times; the commission will be linked to customer reviews.
Managing administration records

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience in sales or Lettings
Driving Licence is essential
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Numerate and well-organised
Results orientated, self-motivated and a team player
Persuasive with high energy levels but reliable and committed
Determined to provide excellent customer service under pressure at all times
