Senior Sales Negotiator - St Albans

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading Independent Estate Agent in St Albans. If you have estate agency experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, this is the ideal role for you!

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £24,000 (DOE)
  • OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
  • Car Allowance & Parking Costs included

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying & Registering Applicants: Matching potential buyers to available properties.
  • Property Matching: Identifying good-quality buyers and submitting offers to vendors.
  • Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Valuations: Booking valuations and handling administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.
  • Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous experience in Estate Agency.
  • Positive & Progressive: Must have a solutions-oriented approach and be adaptable to various situations.
  • Team Player: Dependable with a commitment to personal development and team success.
  • Time Management Skills: Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent Worker: Must be able to work with initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and achieve the best outcomes for both the business and clients.
  • Driver: Full UK driving license and own car required.
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Every third Saturday: 9am - 4pm
