The Opportunity A brilliant opportunity to join a fantastic Independent Estate Agent based in St Albans. We are seeking a full time Senior Sales Negotiator to join the St Albans office, the ideal candidate will have previous estate agency experience looking to progress in the industry.

Responsibilities ·Qualifying and registering applicants ·Matching applicants to our clients’ properties ·Selecting good quality buyers and putting forward offers to vendors ·Developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients ·Identifying and developing new business leads ·Booking valuations ·Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation ·Assisting with general office duties as directed by your line manager

Must have full UK driving license and own car.
