Senior Valuer / Branch ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to step into the role of Senior Valuer / Branch Manager at our thriving estate agency. Whether you're a seasoned Senior Negotiator ready for the next career step or an experienced Sales Manager eager to lead a branch, this role offers the opportunity to grow and shape a successful independent agency.

Salary: 拢25,000 - 拢30,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (OTE 拢41,000 - 拢60,000+)Benefits: Car Allowance (拢2,000/year) + Mileage Paid (45p/mile), Quarterly Branch Rewards, Performance Bonuses, 28 Days Holiday (inc. bank holidays), Optional Pension Scheme, Support for NAEA/ARLA QualificationKey Responsibilities:

路 Collaborate with the Director to grow market share and ensure the branch鈥檚 success

路 Conduct valuations with an emphasis on winning new instructions and listings

路 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors

路 Proactively work as part of a team to achieve branch and personal targets

路 Lead by example, driving the branch to hit performance standards and goals

路 Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy

Your Profile:

路 Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property

路 Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell

路 Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships

路 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market

路 Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
