Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking either a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager to join their close-knit team in St. Albans.

  • Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
  • Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the ideal properties
  • Promoting new properties and ensuring all listings reach the right audience
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers, based on the best available data and comparable property sales
