Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best deals for both buyers and sellers
- Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
- Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the ideal properties
- Promoting new properties and ensuring all listings reach the right audience
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers, based on the best available data and comparable property sales
