The primary responsibility is to provide a professional and efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:" Professionally and efficiently answer all incoming calls." Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner." Manage client records, including booking clients in and out of the building." Open and scan incoming mail and frank outgoing mail." Record client documents and ensure they are stored securely, following company procedures." Input and maintain archive data, ensuring accuracy." Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and stocked with necessary supplies such as pads and pens." Provide refreshments for client meetings as required." Carry out general reception duties, including booking couriers and ordering catering." Responsible for opening and locking the front doors of the building." Provide assistance with general administrative tasks across various departments when needed." Support with Continual Professional Development (CPD) work as required.Software & Equipment Used:" Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookQualifications / Education Required:" Educated to GCSE levelExperience Required:" 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist/telephonist role" Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook" A basic understanding of switchboard operations is desirableSkills & Abilities:" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills" Strong basic computer literacy" Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business, including providing holiday or sick cover when required" High standard of personal presentation" Reliable and dependable
