Day-to-day of the role:- Open and scan incoming mail, and manage franking all outgoing mail.
- Handle Continual Professional Development (CPD) work.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Greet and deal with visitors in a professional manner.
- Input archive data and manage the booking of client records in and out of the building.
- Record client documents ensuring their safekeeping.
- Maintain meeting rooms tidy and stocked with necessary supplies like pads and pens.
- Provide refreshments for client meetings and handle general reception duties such as booking couriers and ordering sandwiches.
- Take responsibility for opening and locking front doors.
- Assist with general administration within other departments as required.
- 3-4 years’ experience within a Receptionist/Telephonist role.
- Educated to GCSE standard.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite software and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of a switchboard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours for holiday/sick cover.
- High level of personal presentation.
