We’re looking for a Receptionist to join a forward-thinking and innovative clinic that’s redefining pet care. This role could be ideal if you’ve worked in a veterinary setting, hospitality, or even in a dental clinic environment, where attention to detail and compassion are paramount. About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring that both clients and their pets receive an outstanding experience from the moment they enter. You’ll balance front-of-house duties with essential administrative responsibilities that contribute to the seamless running of our practice. You will also assist with managing member traffic, coordinating appointments and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Assist clients with orders, answer questions, and ensure that all reception area processes run smoothly.
  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with clients and their pets, maintaining a warm and compassionate approach.
  • Business Support: Help with membership promotion and client acquisition, encourage all-access memberships, and collaborate with the marketing team for clinic awareness and client retention.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, follow-up calls, and managing communication channels, including email and phone.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within veterinary, healthcare, hospitality or similar settings.
  • Skills in customer service, communication and organisation. Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy.
