Job Title: Early Talent Administrator Salary: £25,000-£28,000   Contract: Permanent, full-time Hours:  Full Time Monday- Friday (office flexitime arrangement is in place 8am-6.30pm, core hours are between 10am-4.30pm)

SKILLS REQUIRED ·A minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role, ideally HR or Recruitment ·Excellent communication skills over the phone and email ·Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel ·Organised and efficient ·Sympathetic and understanding ·Literacy and grammar skills·Educated to a degree standard

RESPONSIBILITIES ·Coordinate recruitment events, assessment days, and apprentice inductions. ·Support the recruitment process: job ads, interviews, and candidate liaison. ·Ensure Early Talent employees have the right memberships and update training data. ·Manage apprentice enrolment, liaise with providers, and track training progress. ·Handle contracts, new starter/leaver processes, and reference requests. ·Be the first point of contact for Early Talent HR queries and support performance reviews. ·Maintain employee records, including absence, holiday, and personal info. ·Assist with payroll, absence management, and HR projects as needed.
