SKILLS REQUIRED 路A minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role, ideally HR or Recruitment 路Excellent communication skills over the phone and email 路Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel 路Organised and efficient 路Sympathetic and understanding 路Literacy and grammar skills路Educated to a degree standard

RESPONSIBILITIES 路Coordinate recruitment events, assessment days, and apprentice inductions. 路Support the recruitment process: job ads, interviews, and candidate liaison. 路Ensure Early Talent employees have the right memberships and update training data. 路Manage apprentice enrolment, liaise with providers, and track training progress. 路Handle contracts, new starter/leaver processes, and reference requests. 路Be the first point of contact for Early Talent HR queries and support performance reviews. 路Maintain employee records, including absence, holiday, and personal info. 路Assist with payroll, absence management, and HR projects as needed.
