Understanding Recruitment, a multi-award-winning and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is looking for a Graduate Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic team in St. Albans. As a Graduate Internal Recruiter, you'll play an impactful role, working across the entire business and engaging with staff at all levels to help us attract and recruit top talent.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development and execution of our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on both junior and senior hires.
- Manage various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Work closely with management to ensure effective communication and alignment across the business.
- Provide fresh insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment processes.
