Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans for growth in your specialised market.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial interview to successful placement and beyond.
- Secure exciting new accounts and establish strong opportunities with both candidates and clients.
- Build your personal brand and grow your community within your market.

Salary Package:
£24,500 + Commission (OTE) + Fantastic Benefits
