At Understanding Recruitment, we're a multi-award-winning and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, and we're on the lookout for a talented Internal Recruiter to join our team in St. Albans. You'll also have the opportunity to recruit for our Boston office, Acceler8 Talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies for junior and senior hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Recruit for roles across our St. Albans and Boston offices (Acceler8 Talent).
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Act as a business partner, providing insights to improve recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an agency or internal recruitment consultant.
  • Proven ability to manage candidates effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for both graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Knowledge of recruiting across the UK and US markets.
