- Providing support to customers, helping qualify requirements and assisting with the sourcing and qualification of candidates.
- Coordinating interviews, ensuring that the correct process is carried out.
- Coordinating the new starter onboarding process.
- Ensuring that a personnel file has been created for each candidate with all the relevant documentation from the new starter pack.
- Supporting the management team in preparing documents, contract admin, website registration and CRM updates.
- Providing a high standard of customer service, both on the phone and face to face, developing positive relationships with all clients and candidates.
- Being the ‘go-to’ person for resolving queries/issues.
- Drive, energy and enthusiasm to want to personally develop
- Either a strong academic record of achievement or previous experience in an administrative, sales or customer service position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.
- Passionate and ambitious with a keen desire for progression
