A growing and exciting business that is playing a key part in the provision of the best talent solutions into the digital public sector is looking for a Recruitment Administrator. You will be working with the most prestigious Government departments from the Cabinet Office to the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office and all manner of local and regional organisations that are delivering public services. Along with a salary of £22,500 per annum, you will also receive an excellent rewards structure tailored to your own personal strengths, discretionary bonus schemes, company events and a pension scheme. As Recruitment Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support to customers, helping qualify requirements and assisting with the sourcing and qualification of candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews, ensuring that the correct process is carried out.
  • Coordinating the new starter onboarding process.
  • Ensuring that a personnel file has been created for each candidate with all the relevant documentation from the new starter pack.
  • Supporting the management team in preparing documents, contract admin, website registration and CRM updates.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service, both on the phone and face to face, developing positive relationships with all clients and candidates.
  • Being the ‘go-to’ person for resolving queries/issues.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator with:

  • Either a strong academic record of achievement or previous experience in an administrative, sales or customer service position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.
  • Passionate and ambitious with a keen desire for progression
