As a Senior Consultant at Futerra, you will:

  • Build meaningful partnerships with green tech and renewable energy companies, understanding their unique hiring needs.
  • Drive business development, expanding your portfolio with environmentally conscious clients.
  • Attract top talent using Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry events.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, aligning them with roles that make an impact.
  • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding to ensure successful placements.

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience in green tech or renewable energy recruitment.
  • A track record of surpassing billing targets and KPIs, with 360-degree business development expertise.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate the complexities of the green tech industry.
