The TA Partner is a vital position within the Human Resources department, responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for our FMCG industry client. The role requires a collaborative and strategic individual, capable of fostering strong relationships and creating effective talent pipelines.

Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct job interviews and organise assessment centres as required.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organisational policies related to recruitment.
  • Participate in relevant HR projects.

Profile

A successful TA Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.
