Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager from either a busy luxury stand alone restaurant or 4 star Hotel. As we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our clients bustling brasserie experience, which includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.

About Us: Nestled in the heart of Hertfordshire, this luxury hotel offers a stunning environment for guests to unwind and indulge. With a dedicated team of 40 staff members, the brasserie is a central point for the property, renowned for its exceptional service and delightful menu.

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For in The Restaurant Manager:
