Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a restaurant supervisor for a restaurant based in a luxurious country 4* hotel in St Albans. The restaurant offers a blend of rich Asians flavours, innovative dishes and modern setting.

We are looking for a passionate restaurant supervisor to join the well-established team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience. If you are someone with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills and a love for food, then this could be the job for you.

The role:

  • Assistant the restaurant manager and assistant manager with the day-today management of the restaurant.
  • Supervise, train, and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
  • Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance.
