Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager – Luxury Hotel & Spa
Salary: Up to £30,000

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Front Office Manager at this luxury Hotel north of London. My client is looking for a confident, energetic and well-organized individual to join this fantastic venue.
About the position
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front office and maintain to the highest standards
- Act as an ambassador for the Hotel
- Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
- Ensure that the guests receive a fantastic service from the moment they check in
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
The successful candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have Opera experience
- Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A natural team leader
