Our client is a highly successful full solutions provider based in the St Albans area. They are market leaders, helping businesses in Greater London/Home Counties with their printing requirements.
As a member of the Business Development/Key Accounts team, you will be responsible for developing new business, looking after existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business by creating excellent working relationships.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for 20% of Key Accounts and 80% of new business development
Business Development - winning new business
Regular client contact including visits and resigning clients onto new service agreements
Carrying out account reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI.
Ensuring that current and prospective clients are aware of new products and services
Successfully achieving quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Working closely with the service and technical teams to offer product support and training to clients
Identify opportunities for up-selling additional products that can add value to clients
Maintaining the CRM database
Identifying key areas for growth and gross profit increase
Negotiating and retaining existing business through re-tendering processes and secure fixed-term agreements
