Robert Half is recruiting an Interim Accounts Assistant for our client based in St Albans, initially for 3 months - although this could become permanent,
This position of Interim Accounts Assistant will be hired on a full-time basis and is required to be 100% at the client's premises. it will be varied and focus on the following key skills;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bank Reconciliations (multicurrency)
- Expense claims - These are submitted to an inbox with excel spreadsheet breakdown and receipts and need to be checked and uploaded to finance system
- Reviewing and posting receipts against customer accounts
- Support uploading audit queries and other ad hoc tasks as needed
- Candidate should have good excel and IT skill
- Hands-on approach and team player personality
- Be able to work 100% on-site.
Depending on experience, this position will be paying circa £16-17 per hour ( PAYE - plus holiday pay ). This is an urgent requirement to begin asap.
