Tradewind Secondary are proud to be serving a high achieving and well run School based in St Albans to support them as they search for a Science Teacher from September.

This is a full or part time (0.6 / 0.8) role in a well supported and popular department. Senior members of the faculty cross over with SLT and the school are open to applications from teachers looking to continue their growth and development and have TLR's available for those seeking extra curricular input.ECT's are welcome to apply as the school has experienced and approachable mentors and many ECT's already enjoying their first and final years here.

The role will compromise of teaching Science across key stages 3 and 4, classes are grouped by ability for KS4 and the school sites above the Local Authority and national average for results. Behaviour is very good with disruptions being infrequent and low level. The school operates a well versed behavioural policy and supportive SEN team where required.
