About the role:
-   Design engaging and tailored lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and inspire         Â
      students to reach their full potential.  Â
- Use creative and effective strategies to manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Develop meaningful relationships with students by adopting a proactive, compassionate, and supportive approach.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have the right to work within the UK
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting is essential
- DBS registered on the update system or willing to obtain one
- Comfortable and flexible in diverse learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Science curriculum
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- QTS, PGCE, or an overseas teaching qualification equivalent to UK
- Marking and lesson planning are vital to this role
