Security Engineering Supervisor

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Security Engineering Supervisor to join my client’s team based in St. Albans.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong technical background in the security industry.

You will be a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills to allow you to build relationships with both internal and external team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers
  • Monitor performance using KPIs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance technical and personal skills
  • Provide technical support to the engineering team and wider business
  • Provide onsite support for service-related issues
  • Resolve complex technical issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Proactively address customer disputes, communicate effectively, and ensure resolution
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Implement corrective actions for non-conformities
  • Provide regular performance reports to the management team

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 Years’ experience within a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing diverse engineering teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the security industry.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
