Up to £48,000 DOE + Hybrid Working Company Vehicle + 9 Day Working Fortnight + Progression + Pension Are you an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader looking to progress their career and work for a growing company with an excellent work life balance with fantastic opportunities to progress. This award-winning company specialise in the installation and Servicing of a variety of bespoke equipment, from Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control. Due to growth within the business they are looking for a Supervisor to join the team.

The role is responsible for supervising and supporting the day to day onsite and technical operations of the security department focused on servicing and reactive calls. This includes the development of current engineering team from both a technical and personal level. You will be supporting the Engineering Manager to ensure we efficient and effective delivery of security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the fire and security industry, but it can also be used as a progression opportunity for the right candidate with enough experience.   • Hybrid role mixed between field, home & office. Every other Friday off.
