Mane are looking for an experienced Area Manager to cover their stations for all Fabric Elements for their Northern Territory.

Working Hours:
(Apply online only) Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked depending on workload.

Duties:

  • Manage the fabric elements of the GTR stations Hard FM services contract ensuring all GTR KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Have a proven track record in Facilities Management role and a strong CAFM system knowledge
  • Working with GTR Asset Pro live reporting system supporting our Help desk ensuring all assigned jobs are completed within the contract SLA
  • Build good relationships with the client, attending client meetings as and when required.
  • Develop new business from existing clients and introduce new clients.
  • Follow HBS gated project management process and complete monthly reports for the Contract Manager
  • Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager


Required / Skills:

  • Proven experience in the projects and facilities management sector.
  • Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of the Rail industry.
  • PTS (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Recognised relevant qualification (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook
