About You:We seek an experienced Store Manager with a background in high-growth womenswear retail. You will act as a brand ambassador, working closely with the Cluster Manager to set up our new store and embody our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the setup of the store and managing daily operations.
- Leading a team of supervisors and sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales support.
- Assessing customer needs, providing assistance, and sharing product information.
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring all areas are presentable.
- Staying informed about products and new arrivals to effectively cross-sell and offer styling solutions.
- Processing POS transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Suggesting improvements for sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Representing our brand positively and passionately at all times.
