Care Manager
- Location : St Albans
- Pay: up to 40,000 per annum plus benefits
- Shifts: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend

A domiciliary care agency located in St Albans, is seeking an enthusiastic registered care manager to oversee its operations .
The Role
You will have excellent domiciliary experience and the leadership skills to deliver the high standard of care demanded by the agency.
Duties
Your key responsibilities will include
- The leadership and management of a dedicated team of carers. This includes providing them with guidance and mentorship to ensure that they deliver exceptional and specialised care to patients
- The administration of medication
- Budget and contract management
- Staff appraisals
- Attending all staff and agency management meetings and preparing for important compliance audits including CQC visits.
Key Experience and Skill Requirements
- Hold a level 5 or working towards this qualification
- A strong background in Domiciliary care
- Comfortable leading and motivating staff
- Understand how to create and implement comprehensive care plans
- Have a good understanding of assisted living principles
- Be a great communicator with experience in liaising with patients and their families and other healthcare professionals.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay - 38,000 to 40, 000 per year plus pension and annual bonus
