Job Opportunity: Homelessness Support WorkerAre you passionate about supporting individuals within Homelessness? We are looking for a dedicated Support Workers to join our client across their support services within Hertfordshire.Key Details:

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week across a Monday - Sunday rota
  • Salary £24 - 28k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload of clients, conducting regular key working sessions and creating support and safety plans
  • 1 -1 sessions with the service users
  • Responding to resident queries within the service
  • Recovery Programme Support: Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of the in-house recovery programme in partnership with the recovery and opportunities coordinator
  • Identify individual care pathways, treatment options, and support clients to navigate and participate in these systems
  • Helping service users with Independent life skills

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or working with individuals with vulnerable needs
