Project Worker

St Albans service and Watford service (approx. 10 min drive apart) over the course of the week. Required to float between services.  Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Daily duties:

  • Working with a caseload of clients
  • Supporting people suffering from mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse
  • Carrying out support plans and risk assessments
  • Teaching life skills and preparing clients to live independently in the community
  • Supporting clients with budgeting and applying for housing benefits to reduce rent arrears
  • Actively encouraging and facilitating activities to engage and involve the young people
  • Promoting independence at all times
  • Always adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
