We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

The Role:
As an SEN Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with children requiring additional support, ensuring their needs are met through tailored strategies and care plans. You will collaborate with parents, staff, and external professionals to help children reach their full potential in a nurturing early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children with special educational needs.
  • Create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging children to engage, explore, and learn.
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, families, and external agencies to support children's development.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements.
  • Promote safeguarding and wellbeing, ensuring the health and safety of all children.
