Sales Assistant – Benefits:

• Working hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Sales Assistant – Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and share product knowledge

• Process sales enquiries and orders accurately

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Source non-stock products when needed

• Follow up on quotations and close sales

• Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling

• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

Sales Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• Hire Trade experience is essential

• Confident communicator with the ability to think on your feet

• Team player with great interpersonal skills

• Motivated, friendly, and reliable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Computer literate

• Flexible work ethic with great attention to detail
