Role: Trade Counter Assistant
Location: St Albans
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 5pm
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 an hour, weekly pay
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Trade Counter Assistant to join a fast paced, busy client based in St Albans
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Duties of a Trade Counter Assistant:
- Provide excellent customer service through enthusiasm and knowledge of our products
- Develop exceptional relationships face to face with customers as well as over the phone, and maintain these relationships.
- Stock control & ordering of goods
- Promoting products within the store
- Support face to face, telephone and email queries.
- Maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service
- Maintain professional standards of product knowledge
- Provide support to our customers looking to get the correct product.
What we would like from you:
- Proven experience within Trade Counter or similar environment
- Relationship building and customer service skills
- Background in Construction / Builders Merchants
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to upsell / sell products
- Friendly and team player
