Scrub Nurse (Orthopaedic) - Hertfordshire

Part-time(30-hours per week)

Salary:42,000 pro rata

The successful candidate will be based at a private HertfordshireHospital Theatre department and will:

  • Be a qualified nurse/ODP registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/HCPC with an up to date PIN number.
  • Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct/HCPC Standards of conduct and other professional guidelines.
  • Act as a member of the surgical team either as a scrub or circulating practitioner
  • Work with surgical staff to ensure correct patient positioning for operating procedures

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1 year UK experience in a theatre scrub role
  • Have extensive experience scrubbing for orthopaedic operations
  • Evidence of Clinical competence
