In this varied role your time will be split between the office and onsite. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and mentoring your team of engineers to ensure their performance aligns with KPI. You will work alongside the Engineering Manager to develop and implement training and development plans, aiming to enhance both the technical and personal skills of team members. You will be available to address on-site service issues, offering your technical expertise to guide and develop the team.
This role would suit someone with a background in installing, service and maintenance within the Fire and Security industry looking to step into a supervisory role.
