We’re looking for a Trainee Installer to join our installation team, delivering high-quality secondary glazing solutions for residential and commercial properties.
In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning everything from installation techniques to health and safety practices. With on-the-job training and enrolment in an NVQ Level 2 qualification, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to become an independent and proficient installer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of secondary glazing units.
- Learn and apply installation techniques under expert guidance.
- Ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
The Company

We supply and fit our products in some of the country’s most prestigious buildings. The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a valid driving licence (essential).
- Is willing to undergo DBS and Occupational Health checks.
- Is keen to learn and develop new skills.
- Works well both independently and in a team.
- Has basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Carpentry skills are a bonus but not essential.
