Our client, a leading FMCG company known for its iconic name, is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to join their dynamic Talent and Learning Team. This role focuses on talent development and coaching senior stakeholders across multiple sites. The Leadership Development manager should be highly collaborative, dynamic and creative in order to succeed in this position. 

Please note there would be a requirement to travel across various sites 50% of the time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver creative and engaging management and leadership development programs.

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and assess development needs.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with HRBPs and line managers ensuring alignment and true collaboration.

  • Co-lead succession planning and DEI initiatives with passion. 

  • Measure and report on the success of learning interventions.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in L&D with a focus on coaching.

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent; coaching qualifications are desirable.

  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for creating inclusive learning opportunities.
