Job Type:Contract - Day Rate
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Plumbing maintenance tasks on domestic properties
- Identify lead piping, identify leaks and fix leaks where appropriate
- Liaising with customers and being the first face to face point of contact
Essential Skills:
- Confident/has experience using tools
- Has a valid Driving Licence
- A willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to work at speed precisely
- Able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Able to work with tablet and mobile devices
- Ability and willingness to learn to use project specific CRM systems
Must Have:
- Plumbing Qualification minimum Level 2
- EUSR Water Hygiene AM
- DBS check
- A driving license and access to your own vehicle
