Our client is a leading Tayside-based firm that is seeking a Private Client solicitor (NQ-4 Years' PQE) to join its renowned St Andrews team.

This exciting opportunity will provide you with a uniquely varied client-base, ranging up to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with scope for providing UK-based advice to international clients.

You will be involved in advising clients on all aspects of Wills, Executries and POAs, as well as Asset Protection & Succession Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning and Private & Charitable Trusts, while being responsible for developing and sustaining strong client relationships.

Prior Private Client experience is a pre-requisite – however, this team appreciates that candidates may not have experience in some of the more complex areas of the law, thus it is seeking an individual who has a genuine passion for Private Client and is willing to learn and develop within the confines of a friendly and supportive team.
