  • Supporting the store manager to supervise every aspect of the daily tasks.
  • Leading and supervising retail staff.
  • Responsible for business operations when the store manager is not present.
  • Responsible for providing customer service, merchandising, and ongoing training.
  • Reporting on day-to-day activities and sales strategies.
  • Maintaining optimal quantities of stock.
  • Maintaining the store's visual appeal and effectively handling consumer complaints.
