What our client is offering for the successful Business Development Manager:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum / + OTE Bonus
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Days role

The Role - Business Development Manager:

  • Represent the company effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and services
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing business-to-business customer base
  • Meet with prospective customers and grow lasting relationships
  • Strategise, execute, and convert sales opportunities into new business revenue streams as well as managing the sales pipeline and leads
  • Market Research, Reporting and sales planning with the commercial director for the full business development 
  • Conference attendance 
  • Act as a liaison point for internal staff members to gather and generate leads for contact in a commercial environment 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, franchise and company-owned branch network alongside your own in-depth research to identify local, regional, and national opportunities, focusing on high-potential sectors.

What we are looking for in an Business Development Manager:

  • Previous experience working in a business development managerial role; actively developing business and working in a senior capacity to seek new processes and manage the existing database of commercial clients - ESSENTIAL 
  • Experience selling services / facilities - DESIREABLE
  • Experience working with franchise networks or multi-location businesses is - HIGHLY ESSENTIAL 
  • Presentation skills - ESSENTIAL 
  • Excellent communication - ESSENTIAL
  • Impressionable - ESSENTIAL
  • Full Clean UK Driver license - ESSENTIAL
