**Role Overview:**

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and business growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual capable of managing relationships with clients both in the UK and internationally. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the UK and abroad.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to the management team.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

- Knowledge of a foreign languague would be diserable but not essential

**Requirements:**

- 3 years minimum in a sales role

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the optical technology or related industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
