Description
The key responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:
- Monitor and manage outstanding debts
- Implement effective recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate records of payment statuses
- Perform credit checks on potential customers
- Prepare financial statements related to credit and debt control
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Conduct regular account reviews

A successful Credit Controller should have:
