Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact dealing with telephone and face to face based enquiries
  • Organising repairs, applications for housing, dealing with complaints effectively
  • Providing a response to customers where possible in line with relevant policies
  • Offering support, advice and understanding where required to customers
  • Covering reception when required to ensure visitors receive excellent first contact service
  • Manage deliveries and to manage incoming mail and to prepare outgoing mail
  • Receive and keep secure any Tender documents to ensure safe handover to the appropriate person
  • General administration activities and maintaining records accurately

Skills and experience required:

  • Fluent Welsh and English speaker
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential!
