Financial Planning Administrator

St Asaph, hybrid - to £30,000 plus benefits

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a prominent UK-based wealth management firm managing over £8 billion in client assets, is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join their Financial Planning team.

About the Role:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners to deliver outstanding service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a firm committed to providing personalised financial planning and investment management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Financial Planners and their clients.
  • Coordinate Financial Planners' schedules, including managing diaries, booking appointments, and preparing for meetings.
  • Ensure client data is up-to-date, clients are appropriately segmented, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Assist with annual review scheduling, post-meeting actions, and the preparation and distribution of suitability reports.
  • Process new business submissions and handle related queries.
  • Reconcile client fees monthly in collaboration with Finance and Financial Planners.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with internal teams to improve processes and services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge across national hubs.
  • A commitment to maintaining industry, product, and regulatory knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Previous experience in an IFA Administration or a similar client-facing support role is a plus.
