- Proven experience as an IT Support / 2nd Line / IT service desk / IT Helpdesk professional.
- Administration and support experience with the latest Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (up to 2022), Windows (10, 11) OS, O365
- Knowledge of core network fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with Cloud servers, O365, Intune and SharePoint
- Provide 2nd line diagnosis and resolution for customer issues
- IT service delivery projects
- Involvement in projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades for customers
- Collaborate with other engineers to efficiently handle complex tickets and maintain high customer service standards
