- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the IT sector
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
- Full UK Driving License
- Develop and update project scope documents and detailed project work plans.
- Clarify all assumptions and inform the team of their roles and responsibilities throughout the project.
- Manage the budget, monitor progress, and minimise risks.
- Produce and distribute regular project status reports and conduct regular status meetings with the project team.
- Present regular high-level reports at project steering meetings
- Ensure excellent client experience by monitoring and controlling project progress and overseeing project change control and issue resolution processes.
- Determine skill requirements and identify required resources, monitor the overall performance of project team members and delegate responsibilities to project team members.
- Co-ordinate milestone deliverable sign-off, implement appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from the plan, and provide assistance, advice and support to other team members as necessary.
