Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and visually appealing
  • Create new website pages and landing pages to support campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and optimise website content
  • Monitor organic performance metrics and make adjustments to improve rankings and traffic
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes
  • Optimise lead capture forms, landing pages, and workflows
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyse website user behaviour and conversion trends to identify potential improvements.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platforms to track website and campaign performance
  • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance the digital experience
  • Work closely with external PPC agencies to monitor campaign performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality web leads through organic traffic and PPC campaigns

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in website management, digital marketing, or web analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and web performance tools
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work
  • Excellent communication skills
